A good number of members and their children arrived for the Easter event. Although it was drizzling there was soon a break in the weather and the youngsters hopped off on their Easter Egg Hunt. Finding small eggs on route they were all awarded a bigger version for their efforts at the end of the search.
Meanwhile the adults were welcomed with either coffee or prosecco. Moving on, they came across a fantastic spread of hot cross buns, all manner of sausage creations and savouries and then a selection of chocolate cake or easter brownies.
The morning proved to be a superb fundraiser with £915 being raised through proceeds, a raffle and an auction for an enormous flower arrangement and pot donated by local florist St Leonards Flowers.
