The Final Countdown

As the Summer break draws to a close the Officers of the Lodge were still busily distributing the final donations to charity.

The Worshipful Master attended the Youth and Community Centre which organises activities for all age groups including the teenagers of the town. Providing facilities since October 1995 they currently have a ‘Raise the Roof’ campaign to improve the building and the Lodge took pleasure in supporting their project.

Meanwhile the Treasurer was making a similar donation to the Bexhill Food Bank which is run in partnership with local churches. They are currently collecting items for their ‘Summer Picnic Project’. The weather has played its part so far!
