Santa will be coming to Eastbourne’s food bank courtesy of the Royal Sovereign Light Lodge.
At the meeting on Saturday the brethren agreed that the proceeds of the raffle should go to Eastbourne Food Bank Toy Drive via The Works who were collecting toys.
Due to the large purchase being made in cash it was possible to secure a discount thus meaning that over £250 worth of toys will be handed over.
Other customers who were in the shop at the time and wanting to know what was going on were inspired to buy and donate so it was a win/win situation.
